It was remarkable to watch our house transformed from a bare piece of ground and a roughly sketched floorplan to the home we enjoy today. Our original idea was the develop a set of working drawings to begin soliciting bids. After a few meetings, we decided to have you design our plans. "A class act for seemingly any project I throw at them. To date, I've had two total bathroom tear-downs and rebuilds and a third complete renovation with meticulous glass tile installation, and yet a fourth (hopefully last) on the schedule. I've had a large wrap around porch completely restructured beautifully! When other competing contractors come by and critically inspect the work and walk away saying "Somebody did a high-quality job", that speaks to the quality and integrity of this company---and its owner. The same compliments are given with the bathroom remodels. I also had a total kitchen tear down and remodel to perfection. A shop with a small studio above is under construction and a laundry room/mudroom addition on the schedule. Not only are Chad's (owner) standards high, but he has a great eye for design and is so knowledgable in what is going to work efficiently for everyday living. He has over-seen concrete floors, amazing tile work, finicky glass-walled shower installations, all to a perfect finish.
