Rosario Cabin

The existing bluffside cabin required significant improvements, leading to the decision for a near complete replacement upon the commission of Dihedral for the remodel. The structure was demolished down to the foundation, which was then reinforced with micro-pilings driven into the bedrock. A reframe allowed for enhancement of the already stunning beach and ocean views, while efficiently maximizing the use of interior space. The remodel features Alaska yellow cedar ceilings, black walnut cabinetry, and high-grade LVP flooring, creating a functional and appealing retreat.
