La Conner Whole House Remodel

The main floor rework of this beachfront LaConner home included the kitchen, bathrooms, bedroom, and living space. The project required structural modifications, a layout update, and creatively rerouting the existing HVAC system to make the space even more functional. Our team had to design the custom white-oak kitchen cabinetry around an existing masonry chimney that couldn’t be moved or modified, and managed to maximize both storage and aesthetic in the space.
